LEARN AT YOUR OWN PACE

A first step for every generation.

01 / CHILDREN

Elementary school

Build confidence through small achievements. We introduce bowing, posture, safe falling and basic movements with patient guidance.

02 / TEENAGERS

Junior high school

Develop concentration, coordination and a steady foundation. Practice progresses with each student’s stage of growth.

03 / ADULTS

Adults & older students

Start with the fundamentals, even if you have never tried a martial art. Learn at a manageable pace, with attention to posture and movement.

What will I learn?

Our practice draws on Yoshinkan Aikido. We begin with etiquette, posture, ukemi (safe ways of receiving techniques) and basic movements. Partner practice develops timing, balance and coordination. The aim is to learn together and improve, rather than compete with one another.
